Design Your Home

At JLS Design, we believe a house is more than four walls and a roof. It s a personal expression of one's personality. This philosophy is evident in our home design approach. As a home buyer, you can choose from one of our standard models or completely custom design your home. This service is FREE. We do not charge any more to design a custom home than if you choose from one of our standard models. If you design a home of similar structural design and the same square footage as one of standard models, it will be the same price as the standard model. This gives you the option of having your unique home completely designed by you!

During the design process, we start with a base home design and continue to refine the details until we have arrived at your dream home. During the process, you will receive drawings of your home in realistic 3d which allow you to visualize your home before it is constructed. It also assists with visualizing potential changes. As the buyer, you can change any part of the house right up until the permits are submitted. After permits are submitted, you can continue to make changes that will not affect the structure or the square footage.
