We can design/build any home design for the same price as long as the square footage and the basic structural design is the same as our showcase designs. This flexibility allows the buyer to build the home to their dream design. We will work with you to determine the site feasibility relative to your home design and site work cost. The home prices are turn key homes as per our standard specifications including basement, hardwood flooring and front porch.
