Kent County, Maryland Employees save $10,000

Employees of Kent County qualify for $10,000 in grants from state and local government. The money is available use toward closing cost and down payment. The grant creates the oppurtunity for county employees to purchase a home with very little out of pocket expense. Additional low cost loans and grants may be available, please contact us for details. This program is available through other employeers thoughout the state, please visit the Community Development Administration(CDA) of Maryland website for details.

In addition to the CDA $10,000 grant,

New home buyers can take advantage of the following:

• Live FREE for Six months in your new home or up to $6,000 closing cost assistance
• First Time Home Buyers, or if you have not owned a home in the last three years, receive $8,000 tax grant in addition to grants from state and county, this money can be used toward closing cost
